John and co were fantastic, overcoming some tricky obstacles to get our NBN router moved to a better location, and then wiring in ethernet for a number of rooms. As we'd just moved in, I'd also requested an inspection - they did a thorough job and identified a few quirks with the wiring that were helpful to know about, and helped us update our board to improve safety (and ease future expansion as we've got some renos planned).
