John Dale from GlobileNet. Just another customer interactive story. We had Yunus look up on Google for a local electrician, and he selected GlobileNet to give him a call. He had a problem with the fan, and it was a very small job, actually.
First-time customer promotion and call-out fee
We had a promotion where you can actually have a call without a call fee. So you’re basically only paying for the labour component of the call fee. The minimum labour is $130 plus GST. When he called, I told him to log in to the web page as a first-time customer so we could take advantage of that. He’s local to the area, so it was no problem to me.
Faulty fan repair and mould issue
He had a fan that had not been working. He had a couple of people that said, No, thank you, can’t be bothered. And although it was a relatively simple repair. It was quite a big impact to him.
Ventilation and light replacement solution
So his problem was that he was getting mould in the laundry and really needed this thing fixed. It did happen to have a light associated with the fan as well. So after having a look, we managed to find a replacement unit and provided an implementation so that it didn’t need any more of a cut-out. We could replace the old one and reattach the duct. And he was really happy.
