John was a big help for us in a late call out to help disconnect our house alarm which was faulty and being triggered multiple times. He acted very promptly and even offered to first help diagnose our problem via phone. He arrived in no time and resolved the problem very quickly. Would definitely use John again next time we have any electrical needs!
