Hi, this is John Dale from GlobileNet. Just talking about another customer interaction. And by the way, I work with my partner, Reuben. Reuben often is the principal, if you like, when they go to site. But I’m talking on behalf of Reuben and the company, generally.
Customer Problem with Switch Replacement
David had a problem in that he had just a switch to change. And when he called, Reuben suggested to him that if he goes to the website, we have promotions on the website for new customers where we don’t charge a call fee when we go to the customer. And that means instead of charging, for example, $230 plus GST, we only charge $130, which is our minimum labour on a job. We do charge in half an hour increments, but when we do a call for the first time, we’ve got to unpack back and do the job. So it’s usually minimum $130 plus the call fee.
Customer Satisfaction with Service and Pricing
David was delighted once we made the call. It was a very quick call, of course, but he just was very happy that we promptly serviced him. We turned up on the time that we said we would do the job, and he was very happy with the price, of course. So he’d have no hesitation in calling us again and referring us to other people that he knows.
