Front Light Electrical Fault After Previous Work
Hi, this is John Dale from GlobileNet with a customer interaction story this time it was Monica that gave us a call and she was a bit perplexed because she had an electrician in that and after they left and I don’t know what they did, but the light in the front wasn’t working any longer and she couldn’t get hold of those electricians any longer and she did a Google lookup and found us and it was a tiny little job, but no job is too small we’d like to help our clients under any circumstances.

So from the client’s point of view they went away comfortable knowing that it was working properly. I gave them certificates to suit and in this case, not too much of a consulting process, but a process of elimination because sometimes when somebody else wires something or makes a mistake, it’s not that easy to fix but In this case we managed to resolve the problem quickly
