Customer was experiencing constant failures with his outdoor LED lights and recurring electrical tripping issues. During our inspection, we identified poorly sealed terminations and water ingress as the root causes of the premature light failures. We rectified the installation and provided advice on proper weatherproofing techniques to help prevent future problems.
