Hi, again. This is John Dale from GlobileNet. Glad to bring you another one of our customer interactive stories. This one actually relates to CCTV cameras.
Customer’s Request
Now, a lot of customers ask us to do a lot of installations. So these are more simple installations, particularly in this style of CCTV, because the customer had purchased Eufy cameras, which are wireless, and she just wanted it mounted in certain locations and allow the battery to recharge them. So she would have to, from time to time, go and change the battery.
Security Concerns
So the problem for her was that she had some security issues – had neighbours bringing their dogs and pooing on the grass, basically, that type of thing. And just wanted to keep a general eye open for things so that she could rest and relax. If people were in her property area, then she could actually be alerted and have a look.
Features of the Eufy Cameras
These are Eufy cameras. As a lot do, you can define the actual detection area. They’re very, very clever. And they do provide a lot of protection. People are a little reluctant to come knocking on your door if they’re mischievous because you’ve got cameras in obvious places.
Consultation and Quoting
Anyway, so didn’t really need a lot to do, except for a couple of pictures in this case. We didn’t need a visit on site. We gave a quote to Zena, and she was happy to accept that.
Installation and Setup
We installed those cameras with relative ease, set them up for her so that she could have them on her phone, and she was delighted and let us a good review as well.
