So, you know, her problem in this case was another bathroom renovation in another home, actually. And she didn’t even need a quote because she spoke to me on the phone and she said, “Nah, I trust you. I know that you’re going to be fair.”

So her problem was that she needed it done relatively quickly and she needed somebody that she could trust to do it. So that was wonderful to have that side of things. So it’s good to have an emotional connection with your clients like that.
Electrical Quoting Process & Budget Transparency
So we bypassed our normal consultative process here because she said just come and do it. But even then, when we do come, I try to alert the client about potential budget that they might find that we’re going to end up charging. And she was happy with that. Usually I have to say it was between $1,000 and $1,500 or something like that.
Project Completion, Electrical Installations & Client Satisfaction
