New Client Call for Urgent Electrical Help
Hi, this is John Dale here from GlobileNet. Had a recent call from a client, a new client, actually, Rohini. Rohini had a problem with an exhaust fan and the laundry room light and a couple of other little bits, actually. Rohini needed it pretty quickly, so we were there pretty much within the day of the call.
Preparing with Spare Fans
We had taken a spare fan. In fact, we took a couple of spare ceiling fans because they’re all different sizes and it’s difficult to know which one to take.
Always Stocked to Save Customers Money
One of the tricks that we use, if you like to call it a trick, is “let’s go with plenty of stuff. If I need to return it to stock, that’s fine. But at least we’ve got everything we need.” It saves customer costs. If I have to go to Bunnings, I’ve got to charge labor time, or I generally would charge that labor time.
Customer’s Urgency and Quick Agreement
So he had that need. He wanted to get it done quickly. It was giving him a bit of stress, actually, from his wife, I think. And we talked enough over the phone for him to say “yeah, just come out and do it.” And I gave him some indication of pricing.
Installation and Small Adjustments
So changing the fan was relatively easy because we’d taken a variety of fans and had the option to choose different parts. There were some minor gyprock cutting to fit the new fan, and the light was changed without any fuss.
Happy Customer and Positive Review
The customer was happy enough to do us a review and pretty much paid straight away as well. One of his comments was that he was so happy that we cleaned up all the mess before leaving. Thank you. If you’d like to call GlobileNet, please look us up. Thanks.
