And she also had a need because her mother lived nearby to change the fans in her mother’s place. So she asked me to accommodate her in the same works to do those three fans as well so we were able to accommodate her on that one, no problem. When we visited, we had a look around I gave her some suggestions about lights and made her comfortable that we could also satisfy her mother’s problems with the fans as well.

So we provided the quote as we would normally do we always provide a quote with written notes and assumptions because if you don’t declare your assumptions, sometimes there’s some miscommunication and somebody says, “Oh, well, I thought you were going to supply the fans.” And I said, “No, I didn’t include the fans, I’m sorry.”, that type of thing. So we make very clear what we’re supplying as part of our proposals and we make very clear what we are expecting others to supply in our notes and assumptions and anything else that’s relevant in that notes and assumptions section. Now, there were no particular intricacies in this delivery because all of the locations already had timber.

Often when you put a ceiling fan up and you’re replacing a light you may or may not have timbers located nearby. In this case, we had everything was sweet. We just needed to know how to build a fan and there are a million types of fans, by the way because they supplied the fan units themselves. We just provided the power points and the cable that was necessary to go with that. So, Corinne had said how happy she was.
