Network Cabling and Fibre Experience
Hi, this is John Dale from GlobileNet another customer story for you, a lot of people think that, they have to get specialised people for different jobs but when you’ve had a lot of experience like we have, data cabling and running fiber even is not a task too hard to handle and we had a Khartick give us a call a new customer actually and he had some problems with his network, he couldn’t figure it out.
Data Line Tracing and End-to-End Cable Testing
He wanted somebody that will come in, try to do a trace of all the lines and figure out what the problem was, so we were very able to do that it didn’t take us too long actually, we have some special test instrumentation that allows us to do end-to-end testing of cables and even if we don’t know where the end is, we can usually locate with some sort of sound device.
Tone Testing and Network Connection Point Identification
So it’s a tone so if we connect one end, and if we go anywhere near the cable at the other end, then it will indicate which cable is which. Anyway, so we had that problem solved and so Karthik was most appreciative because he said, John’s very experienced and is able to find the connection points, which we had no clue about, he patiently went about his work and making sure we understood what each change meant.

And later we had him come back to us with installing dimmable switches in our rooms, great choice when you have downlights getting activated at the same time. So highly knowledgeable, super friendly and professional, and we highly recommend GlobileNet.
