I sort of had a call from Paul, who was a local guy, and he wanted me to come out and have a look at his power problems because the circuit breaker was tripping sort of randomly. And I’d gone through a number of troubleshooting steps with him to see if I could figure it out without calling in and charging him for the call.

And after spending a relatively short time, we actually figured there was a little plug-in water feature that was causing the problem. And it wasn’t a hard problem. I mean, it wasn’t a permanent problem. It was intermittent, hence the reason for the difficulty in locating the issue.

Anyway, so Paul was very, very happy because we did come out on a Saturday. I don’t charge a special call fee for a Saturday during the day at least. It’s a normal call that we would make on a daily basis, and then we would add any materials to that call. So he was very happy.
