Building Trust Through Referrals and Networking
Hi, this is John Dale from GlobileNet. I’m just here to talk about our customer interactions. And some of these actually come from referrals from customers. But I also work in a networking group, and we actually work with a lot of other trades and professionals. So we will often refer clients to those people in our network because we trust them with our clients. And the clients are going to be more, rest assured that they’re going to get a delivery of a good service when they do take that referral.
A Referral from a Trusted Painter
In this case, I had been referred by one of my painter colleagues, to Yash. Yash had quite a large requirement, actually, in terms of general housing work. It was replacing lighting circuit breakers. It was retrofitting six old-style downlights with new ones. In the dining area in the lounge, to drill and put some new downlights again. In the kitchen, there was a range of different works, some power points. In general, there were other things to change, like switches and replacing a couple of dimmers.
Tackling a Wide Range of Electrical Needs
So it was quite extensive, the work. And the problem that we were trying to solve, really, for Yash was that it was a very wide range of things, and it did include some more complicated than regular work.
Confidence Through Established Relationships
So he needed somebody that he could rely on. And he actually relied on our painter, Affy, from PaintX. Because Affy had a great relationship with Yash, Yash was willing to accept that we were going to be delivering the service that the painter did. And indeed, we did do that.
Supplying and Installing Compliant Electrical Components
And so he was happy to proceed after we’d gone through the quote process. We’d nominated a few different things. We were going to be supplying all the kit in this case and made sure it was all compliant to all the new wiring rules, and ended up doing the installation and testing to make sure those new switches were all working properly.
Customer Walkthrough and Finishing Touches
So at the end of the works, we actually did walk through, as we normally do with a client, just to make sure everything’s completed to their satisfaction. They have an opportunity to let us know if they’re not happy with things, not clean enough, scratches on the wall, anything that might occur during the job. And we look to solve those problems with them, if that’s the case, which is not so often, but occasionally happens.
A Happy Customer and Positive Review
But in general, again, Yash was really happy, was very happy to write us a review and was happy that we kept him posted on activity as it went along. So if you’d like to engage with a company that listens, that works hard to get customer satisfaction, then please give us a call. This is GlobileNet. I am John Dale. Thank you.
