And at the end of the day, there was an existing alarm that we needed to work on, but more importantly, it was the CCTV security that was most of benefit to him because they just moved into the property. Had a look around the property, offered him some information about solutions he might buy, and subsequently asked if we could provide an installation which involved UTP cabling, or computer cabling, and the setup of the camera system on his behalf.
