One was a microwave oven that needed to be replaced, but it was fitted into a cupboard space and was rather difficult to get out.

Anyway, after a little consultation, as we normally do, we had a good talk about what we thought the pricing would be. It was a bit difficult to be exact in terms of some of the other equipment like the microwave because it was a rather specialised sort of space. But we’d given them a price and separated that as a budget, you know, from a budget point of view.

Anyway, so Gavin was thrilled once we’d completed the process. He was very happy because he thought the microwave, they would have to spend a fortune to get somebody specialised in. So he ended up with a very good outlook, hasn’t called us back since, which is great.
